What an incredible crew, the lovely young girl that was on yesterday went out of her way to bring my order to me while I was in another shop. Didn't ask her nor did she need to, just above and beyond. And the food was excellent. Thanks guys, really appreciate :)

Chicken treat? Should be called dirty chicken trick!What a load of inedible garbage! Chicken was dry and old, twists taste like old oil. The chips when there not too salty are dry and old.The quality of food that I receive from you 8/10 is very bad.When I just can't be bothered cooking, I'll remind myself of your business and the quality of food and just go to Coles.On the upside though, front counter staff are usually happy and helpful.

Every time I have been there the chicken is dry, burnt and overcooked. This really needs to be addressed. Don't have this problem at other chicken treat stores

The staff were lovely good communication the place was neat and tidy and well-organised lovely and amazing food and great customer service I would recommend a hundred percent to go there

Worst ever, Got a hair in my burger . They replaced it but patties was too dry and burnt . Looked like same burger been rearranged. I couldn’t eat and have to throw in bin. Disappointed .

Got a chicken roll that said it was in date, the smell of rotting food was so obvious in the CLOSED bag, I am not sure why they gave it to me anyway. I called up and they said “oh yeah, sometimes the chicken gets mixed up” so casually. They wanted to give me more food or a voucher but I asked for my money back (which was given the next time I was in town).I am really shocked that they seemed to not care at all and this seems like a regular occurrence for them. Food safety is obviously not a priority.Also, I am pregnant, so if I had eaten the food I would have been in a bad way.Please don’t go here.
