Disgusting food and service, worst chicken treat in all of WA. I bought a chicken dinner and got a chicken carcass with a few chips and a handful of peas. Don’t even bother complaining to head office as you won’t even receive a response.

horrible customer service from staff made me wait 20 minutes after going through the drive through for my food while watching other customers drive straight out the same drive through after me. extremely poorly put together burgers. under cooked bacon and about 4 chips in my box meal

you forgot our sweet potato chips & Mayo on the chicken roll. Not happy. Young boys were more concerned with arguing in front of us & asking for our contact details. Very unprofessional.

As a tourist, this is the first time im trying this fast food brand as recommended by a friend, basic setup with simple customer service. Mentioned it is for dining in but was served take away. No issues but to realise that the dipping sauces were not given. The chicken taste great! Well fried, crispy but meat is tender. Worth the try.

I keep getting disappointed when I head into Chicken Treat.... Was there just after 5pm and waited around 20 minutes to get through the drive through. Food never quite up to the mark with freshness

Service was super fast but the chicken was dried and chewy. No flavour and its burnt as well.
