This would be the most efficient Chicken Treat I have ever been to. Julie has been amazing every time. Great customer service for sure. Kudos guys.

30/05/2023 @ 1220pmTo the Manager of CT Mahomets Flats Geraldton.We where served by a lady that was extremely polite and respectful when under the pump from the drive through and walkin's.The kitchen staff absolutely out did them selves as the chicken was fresh very juicy and perfectly cooked chips.The chicken wrap was fresh and we'll appointed.Thankyou for your great work team it really made our day. The best chicken in WA. Red Rooster has a lot to learn.

My partner and I decided to eat out tonight. He took me to the local chicken treat in geraldton, might I say we'll surely be visiting again. Everything was of excellent standards. To the customer service, food, and even the presentation. We were helped by Rhys, who recommended to us what to order. Cooked fresh, with great quality and presentation. Absolutely amazing service, outgoing, nice, and extremely knowledgeable. In my personal opinion, you really do receive what you pay for. Grateful for being able to have a good quality restaurant in our local town. We walked out smiling, and felt even happier with a full stomach of chicken treat food.

Chicken Treat
Today I went through the drive thru of Chicken Treat in Mahomets Flat and was met with an incredibly friendly staff member. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name, but it was around 3.00pm on Friday 4/11/22 if his manager is reading this. He had brown hair and was the most friendly person I’ve encountered at any food establishment ever. He was engaging, clear on the microphone, and enthusiastic, and it was just a very pleasant experience. I told him I thought his customer service skills were exceptional. He stood out so much it has prompted me to write this review. As a person passing through this city, it was lovely to encounter such friendliness!

Long wait, maybe short staff? But the food was worth it. Please bring this franchise to Victoria, or we have is Red Rooster and KFC, both can't cook crunchy chicken.

Hi all,The food was deliciously fresh, a nice hot fresh cooked roast chook and the service was prompt. The service itself was really polite and pleasant. The pricing was average and cost effective to quickly feed and fill a family of 4.I would definitely return to give them more of my business again. Thanks CT Mahomets Flats

Food quality is good. This is a great customer service. It was a smooth experience by the employee, Kalvin. He was famous and intelligent. The wind was good! Highly recommended.

That's the last time service has gone way down hill go threw the drive through on a Sunday arvo at 4pm and could hear people laughing threw the speaker box as I'm trying to make my order..Apparently this is a leg also seems like the crew were to busy joking around then taking there job seriously

Great staff, food reliably enjoyable. Facilities clean and pleasant. VERY enthusiastic young man opened the door and welcomed us in, much to our surprise. Very nice thought, he's not going to sit around twiddling his thumbs. Good on yer, young man
